It is with pleasure that I write to you today regarding Memory Hopkins leadership as my sales manager at Group.
As a newbie to the business, and with much capital to spend just to get started, I realized two things. First, I would need to make the investment to get my license and second, I would have to find a Broker who would be supportive, motivating, and demonstrate exemplary leadership so that I could in turn become successful as a R.E. Salesperson.
I visited many Brokers and spoke to many others. I met with Memory on one of her “career nights” which she, without fail, hosted every week.
I was instantly charged to move forward and motivated to do so quickly, so that I could become a part of her awesome team.
Like none of the others, Memory was honest about the hard work, dedication, and persistence in “farming” that it would take to get to the point of success and actually make it in the business.
She was very forthright in letting us know the work and details, as well as the investment, education, partnerships, and legalities surrounding the business.
Upon completion of my real estate coursework and securing my license, I became an agent under Memory Hopkins. She worked very hard to help me be successful.
Through her leadership I, and many other “new” agents, were successful in our first months in securing listings, sales, and conducting many open houses to secure “new” customers.
Memory always provided us with leads, opportunities for open houses on her and other listings, as well as ongoing weekly trainings to help us be the best; and we were/are.
I would be happy to speak with any prospect regarding Memory’s leadership skills towards salespeople, her positive, always accommodating approach to customers, and her commitment to developing and growing new business, in all areas served by her brokerage.
