I recently had a transaction with Memory Hopkins. I worked with the sellers, and Memory worked with the buyers. The property was a very high-demand listing, and we were in a multiple-offer situation within hours of it going on the market. The seller wanted to wait on responding to offers for a few days because they were so stunned at how quickly the process took off. Memory’s customer knew the value of what they wanted to purchase, and Memory helped guide the customer with an excellent strategy that not only made the seller respond quickly but also won the multiple-offer round for her customer. The property appraisal value came in under the contract purchase price, and Memory negotiated with the sellers to help her customers get into the house for appraised value and get a great deal. As a listing agent or an agent working with a buyer, I would love to work with Memory again. She is professional, courteous, and most importantly, has the experience to create a smooth transaction for all parties. Working with her is a great choice!

I was recently reflecting back to the start of my real estate sales career and I was struck by how much of an advantage I had over other beginning agents. I really gleaned a lot under your initial direction! Learning to keep people on the phone, and understanding the importance of promptly returning calls, seem like obvious skills, but you really drilled those points home. Of course, being new is tough enough, but you made me realize, after all, “They have to like you”. That definitely helped me get a little business going when it wasn’t easy. Of course, you representing Ellen and me on three occasions, helped me to understand the way that you work; that is, efficient, honest and aggressive when needed, and willing to drive 20 miles to the Mall to get some guy’s (mine) initials on a rental property contract on short notice! It is with pleasure that I write to you today regarding Memory Hopkins leadership as my sales manager at Group. As a newbie to the business, and with much capital to spend just to get started, I realized two things. First, I would need to make the investment to get my license and second, I would have to find a Broker who would be supportive, motivating, and demonstrate exemplary leadership so that I could in turn become successful as a R.E.
